Mr. Jayamurali Panikar
Jayamurali Panikar is the Founder and CEO of Jay Financial Services. He has over 25 years of rich experience in the financial services industry. A Commerce graduate (Mum University) and Accounting Technician(ICAI) by education he is known for his deep understanding of the clients psyche and providing the most appropriate solution for their various goals. He is well known in the industry for his ethical business practices.
Mr. Nikhil Panikar
Nikhil Panikar is the Manager and handles the day to day operations. He has about 2 years experience in the Sales and Marketing field. A qualified Commerce graduate (Mum University) and a MBA(IBS Mum) he brings with him a great understanding of the needs and aspirations of the millennial generation. Being the founders son, he is entrenched in the family values and ethics of the founder.
CA Neerja Panikar
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Neerja began her professional career in the corporate finance sector, where she gained hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, and control. Her early exposure to dynamic and structured financial environments has equipped her with a strong foundation in managing complex financial operations.
Neerja is the daughter of Mr. Jayamurali Panikar, the Founder of JAY Financial Services, and now steps into a leadership role as part of the firm’s second-generation management. Her induction marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey, blending deep-rooted values with a forward-thinking approach.
In her role as Manager, Neerja will be focusing on strategic development, client engagement, and operational excellence, aiming to enhance the firm’s impact and client service standards.
